At BrevisFit, we have turned fitness on its head. We eliminated all the clutter and got left with the essential: an intense, safe, and time-efficient approach to establish deep muscular fatigue. It is namely muscular fatigue that stimulates our body to adapt and improve. Everything else is irrelevant.

At BrevisFit, we teach and employ specific Exercise protocols that allow us to reach the necessary muscular fatigue as efficiently and safely as possible. We teach these protocols either through offline consulting and analysis or through live sessions and private one-on-one workouts. Our goal is to improve the way you Exercise, to get the most out of your invested time and effort so you can focus on the things that matter to you the most.

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to get the most out of your physical fitness, time, and money. For that reason, we only ask for payment, if you are satisfied with the service. You newer pay in advance. For video based feedback, you pay once you receive the analysis. For the monthly check-up sessions or complete one-on-one training, you pay after one cycle*.

*One cycle is one month of the monthly checkup, including the workout plan, email questions, and the live session. For the complete personal training service, you pay after four workouts.
